July 3, 2007More Birmingham goings-on.
Proper brief this time, I mean it.
Firstly, 7inch news…
Saturday 14 July at the Custard Factory in Digbeth
7INCH FILM SPACE at SUPERSONIC
For the fifth year running we are showing fillums at Capsule’s annual hoe-down, this time in the Custard Factory theatre. Hide in the dark from all those noisy bands with delights including the UK premiere of a new doc about the pioneering Electronic Music Studios, a mini-retrospective for Brighton-based carboot connoisseur Ian Helliwell and a wealth of unseen live footage from the Southern Records vaults. Elsewhere in the festival you can find Mogwai, Sunn 0))), Om, Kling Klang, Pharoah Overlord and Big Fun (maybe).
